FAQ
1. What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet is a single transfer sheet that contains multiple designs printed together. This allows you to maximize space, reduce cost per design, and improve efficiency—especially for bulk orders or multiple artwork files.
Gang sheets are ideal for:
-
Clothing brands
-
Print shops
-
Event merchandise
-
Resellers and bulk buyers
2. What file formats do you accept?
We accept the following file formats:
-
PNG (preferred) – transparent background recommended
-
PDF
-
AI or EPS (vector files)
Files should be print-ready, correctly sized, and high resolution (300 DPI recommended).
We do not edit or resize artwork unless specifically requested.
3. What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies depending on order volume and product type, but most DTF gang sheet orders are processed quickly once artwork is approved.
Turnaround time refers to production only and does not include shipping transit time.
Local customers may choose in-store pickup for faster access.

5. What heat press settings should I use?
General DTF press settings are:
-
Temperature: 300–310°F
-
Time: 8–10 seconds (first press)
-
Pressure: Firm and even
-
Peel: Cold peel preferred
Fabric type may require adjustments.
For detailed guidance, please refer to our Heat Press Instructions page.
6. Do you offer refunds or reprints?
Because DTF transfers and custom apparel are custom-made products, we do not offer refunds.
Reprints may be issued only if there is a confirmed print defect caused by production.
We are not responsible for errors related to customer-supplied artwork, sizing, or incorrect files.
7. Can you fix or resize my artwork?
We expect all files to be print-ready before submission.
Basic adjustments may be available in limited cases, but artwork services are not included by default.
If your file is not print-ready, production may be delayed until a corrected file is provided.
8. What fabrics work best with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers work on a wide range of fabrics, including:
-
Cotton
-
Polyester
-
Cotton/poly blends
For 100% polyester and specialty fabrics, lower temperatures and shorter press times may be required.
Always test before full production.
