At Xpress DTF Supply, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining consistent production quality. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.

  • All orders require production time before shipping

  • Processing time begins after payment and artwork approval

  • Turnaround time refers to production only and does not include shipping transit time

Production timelines may vary depending on order volume, product type, or complexity.


Shipping Methods

We offer shipping through standard carriers available at checkout.
Shipping options and costs are calculated based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Carrier delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Xpress DTF Supply is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Peak shipping periods

Once an order has shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.


In-Store Pickup

Local customers may select in-store pickup during checkout.

  • Pickup orders must be collected after confirmation

  • Please bring your order confirmation when picking up

  • Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to storage limitations


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Xpress DTF Supply is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Delays due to address errors

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipped orders.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and contents (if damaged)

Carrier claims may be required. Xpress DTF Supply will assist when possible but cannot guarantee carrier resolutions.


International Shipping

If international shipping is available:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees

  • Delivery times vary by country

  • We are not responsible for customs delays


Non-Shipping Items

Orders marked as in-store pickup are not shipped and must be collected at our location.
