Xpress DTF Supply – Return & Refund Policy

At Xpress DTF Supply, all products are produced based on customer-submitted artwork and selections. Because of the custom nature of DTF printing and printed apparel, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom Product Policy (No Refunds)

All DTF transfers, gang sheets, and custom printed apparel are considered custom-made products.

🚫 We do not offer refunds or returns on:

  • DTF gang sheets

  • Custom DTF transfers

  • Printed clothing

  • Any product made using customer-provided artwork

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.


Reprints for Print Defects Only

We will reprint an order only if there is a confirmed production defect caused by Xpress DTF Supply.

Examples of valid defects include:

  • Printing errors

  • Adhesion issues caused by production

  • Incorrect output compared to the approved file

To qualify for a reprint:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup

  • Clear photos of the defect must be provided

  • The original transfer or garment must be unused and unpressed (when applicable)


Artwork Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Artwork quality

  • Sizing and placement

  • Spelling and design accuracy

  • Background transparency

We print exactly what is uploaded.
Errors related to customer artwork are not eligible for refunds or reprints.


Application & Care Disclaimer

Xpress DTF Supply is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect heat press settings

  • Improper pressure or peeling method

  • Fabric incompatibility

  • Improper washing or garment care

Please follow our Heat Press Instructions and DTF Care & Maintenance guidelines for best results.


Shipping & Pickup Issues

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are not refundable

  • Orders marked as in-store pickup must be collected in a timely manner after notification

  • We are not responsible for damage caused after pickup or delivery


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom printed products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Used, pressed, or washed transfers or garments
