Xpress DTF Supply Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from Xpress DTF Supply, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

Xpress DTF Supply provides custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services, printed apparel, and DTF supplies.
All products and services are offered subject to these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Custom Product Acknowledgment

Most products sold by Xpress DTF Supply are custom-made using customer-provided artwork.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your artwork is final and print-ready

  • Sizes, placement, and design details are correct

  • You approve the artwork exactly as submitted

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

3. Artwork Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • File quality and resolution

  • Correct sizing and placement

  • Spelling, design accuracy, and color selection

  • Background transparency

Xpress DTF Supply prints files exactly as uploaded and is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork.

4. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to production time only and does not include shipping transit time.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

  • Payment is required in full before production begins

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

6. Shipping & In-Store Pickup

  • Shipping times are determined by the selected carrier

  • Xpress DTF Supply is not responsible for carrier delays

  • In-store pickup is available at our Pineville, NC location

  • Pickup orders must be collected after confirmation

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped or picked up.

7. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or returns on custom products

Reprints may be issued only for confirmed production defects, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Application & Care Disclaimer

Xpress DTF Supply is not responsible for:

  • Improper heat press settings

  • Incorrect application or peeling method

  • Fabric incompatibility

  • Improper washing or garment care

Customers must follow provided Heat Press Instructions and DTF Care & Maintenance guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for printing.

Xpress DTF Supply is not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Xpress DTF Supply’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business interruption

  • Errors caused by customer-provided files

11. Privacy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how customer data is collected and used.

12. Modifications to Terms

Xpress DTF Supply reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
The version posted on our website is the most current and applies to all orders.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
